David Simon is an American writer, journalist and writer / producer in television series. He worked and Baltimore Sun City Desk twelve years. He wrote Homicide: end inside the Killing Streets and co-wrote The Corner: A Year in the Life is the Inner-City Neighborhood and Ed Burns.
Ed Burns is the Edgar Award-winning television writer. He typically works on his writing partner David Simon. They have participated in The Corner "and" The Wire. Burns is a former Baltimore detective and a public school teacher and is often based on this experience for his writing.
